Payment solution for businesses. Built for growth

Ledyer is a platform for B2B payments that combines automatic credit assessment, invoice as standard, and flexible checkout tailored for business purchases. The solution works just as well for retailers as for wholesalers – regardless of whether the end customer is a company, an association, or a public entity.

With Ledyer, merchants get paid immediately, without credit risk, while the purchase experience for the end customer becomes faster, easier, and completely without barriers. It's business payments at the same level as consumer payments.  But built for the complexity that exists within B2B.

What the program means for Ledyer

Over the next six months, Ledyer will work closely with Visa, Tenity, and other selected fintech companies to develop the next generation of solutions for B2B payments. The program focuses on creating new business opportunities, building real integrations, and scaling innovation in collaboration with industry-leading players.

Ledyer will, among other things:

  • Conduct pilot projects together with Visa and strategic partners

  • Integrate more deeply with Visa's API platform

  • Explore new commercial collaborations in the Nordics and the Baltics

  • Present the results during Baltic Fintech Days 2026

A confirmation of the direction

Linus Sandberg, CEO and founder of Ledyer, says:
Being selected for the program is a confirmation that Ledyer’s payment solution is at the forefront of modern B2B commerce. This strengthens our role as a leading player in B2B payments, where the goal is to create frictionless purchasing experiences, without intermediaries and without risk.

Tobias Ericson, CCO and founder of Ledyer, continues:
Ledyer should be the obvious choice for companies selling to other companies, wanting to make it even better.

Forward together with Visa

Being accepted into the Visa Innovation Program 2026 is an important step in Ledyer’s journey towards making B2B payments as simple, fast, and secure as B2C. It is a partnership that strengthens our innovative capacity, accelerates our product development, and opens doors to new opportunities at Nordic and European levels.

Ledyer is now continuing to build the future B2B payment solution. A solution that simplifies for buyers, strengthens the merchant's business, and drives the entire market forward.
